Heard learned counsel for petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel for respondents. 2. The grievance raised by the petitioner is with regard to non- grant of the pay band of Rs. 15,600-39,100/- Grade Pay - 5400 under the First Financial Up-Gradation of A.C.P. (Assured Career Progression Scheme) with effect form 15.03.2015 which should have been granted to the petitioner on completion of 10 years of satisfactory services on the post of Technical Assistant (Chemistry). 3. It has been submitted that case of the petitioner has been duly considered and forwarded by the Director, Directorate of Geology and Mining, U.P., Lucknow to respondent NO. 1 and accordingly in these circumstances a prayer has been made for a direction to respondent No. 1 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner with expedition. 4. Learned Standing Counsel does not oppose the prayer made by the petitioner. 5. Accordingly, without entering into merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 1 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 25.05.2023 which has been duly forwarded to him by respondent No. 2 on 08.09.2023 expeditiously, say, within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him.
