Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC-LKO:1079-DB Court No. - 2 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 11351 of 2024 Petitioner :- Rakesh Kumar And 8 Others Respondent :- State Of U.P. Thru. Addl. Chief Secy. Deppt. Revenue Lko. And 4 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Anil Kumar Pandey Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.,Mohan Singh Hon'ble Rajan Roy,J. Hon'ble Brij Raj Singh,J. 1. Heard. 2. The petitioners have preferred a second appeal bearing No. 2266 of 2024 (Rakesh Kumar & Ors. vs. The State of Uttar Pradesh & Ors.) before the Board of Revenue which is pending and the next date fixed in the appeal is 01.04.2025. The Board has also summoned the lower Court records, as claimed by the petitioners' counsel. In the interregnum the Gram Pradhan and other authorities are facilitating the dispossession of the petitioners. 3. The relief whether interim or final will have to be claimed in the second appeal itself. However, it appears that on account of posting of the appeal on 01.04.2025, the petitioners have a grievance. 4. Let the petitioners move an application for preponement of the hearing of appeal or for consideration of the interim relief application which may be pending before the Chairman, Board of Revenue, U.P., Lucknow. On such application being filed, the learned Chairman shall fix short date looking into the urgency, say, within one week of its filing and thereafter the Board of Revenue shall consider the same as per law. 5. The petition is disposed of. [Brij Raj Singh, J.] [Rajan Roy, J.] Order Date :- 7.1.2025 Santosh/- Digitally signed by :- SANTOSH KUMAR High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow Bench
