Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State. 3. Present petition has been filed for the following relief: "(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the opposite parties to ensure the compliance and take decision in respect of the appointment of fair price seller of Gram Panchayat Milkipur, Ayodhya in view of Government Order dated 05.08.2019 as well as report dated 10.01.2024 submitted by three members committee for cancellation of allotment of fair price shop to the opposite party no.7. (ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the opposite party No.3 to look into the matter and take decision upon the application moved by the petitioner in respect of the appointment of fair price seller of Gram Panchayat Milkipur, Ayodhya in the light of Government Order dated 05.08.2019 and report being submitted by three members committee, contained as Annexure no.1 & 6 to the writ petition." 4. Considering the fact that the application is pending, present petition is disposed off with direction to respondent no.3 to decide the application filed by the petitioner with all expedition in accordance with law.
