ORAL ORDER
In the caption petition, the petitioner is seeking mandamus against the respondent No.4 to consider their representation and restore petitioner's name in the RTC pertaining to the petitioner's land adverting to the grant made by the competent authority followed by issuance of grant certificate.

2. Learned Additional Government Advocate on instruction has placed on record an endorsement dated 24.01.2025 indicating that this grant was subjected to an enquiry and this grant was held to be bogus.
3. In view of the endorsement issued by the competent authority, this Court is of the view that, the petitioner has lost the legal right to seek mandamus. However, this Court is of the view that liberty needs to be reserved to petitioner to assail this order.
4. Reserving liberty, this writ petition stand disposed off.
