II.Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent no.2 not to arrest and harass the petitioners on the basis of impugned First Information Report 21.1.2025 pertaining to Case Crime No. 17 of 2025 under sections 140(3),319(2),318 (4) of BNS, 2023, Police Station, Narahi District, Ballia." Ms. Manju Thakur, learned A.G.A. Ist informs that final report has been submitted in favour of the petitioners.Therefore, no relief requires to be granted to the petitioners.
