Heard Shri Rakesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State and Shri Ajeet Kumar, learned counsel for the opposite parties no. 4 and 5. 2. The petitioner had earlier filed a writ petition bearing Writ - C No. 5640 of 2024 challenging, as informed by the petitioner's counsel, the order dated 12.12.2024 passed on the same cause of action. The orders impugned herein were passed on 24.01.2024 and 12.12.2024. In the earlier writ petition the order dated 24.01.2024 was also under challenge as informed by petitioner's counsel. The petitioner was relegated to the remedy of appeal before the Controlling Authority. The said appeal has been decided under Section 15(2) of the U.P. Regulation of Building Operations Act, 1958 on 12.12.2024. 3. Now, this writ petition has been filed challenging both the orders, although, there is a remedy of revision under Section 15-A of the aforesaid Act, 1958. The same has not been availed instead this writ petition has been filed. Section 15-A gives revisional powers to the State Government. 4.
