The present application under Section 24 of C.P.C. has been preferred by the applicant for transfer of Case No.578 of 2023 (Ashutosh Awasthi Vs. Sadhna Pandey) under Section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 from Principal Judge, Family Court, Bahraich to the equivalent Court at District Banda. 4. Considering the inconvenience being faced by the applicant and the fact that she has taken her young child, the present application is allowed. The proceedings pending in the Court of Bahraich are transferred to the equivalent court at District Banda. 5. The amount deposited by the earlier order of this Court shall be released on the applicant moving an appropriate application.
