This interlocutory application has been filed for suspension of the judgment and order dated 05.07.2025 passed in Crl. Appl. No. 12/2024, by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Udalguri, upholding the conviction and sentence dated 10.05.2024 passed by the learned CJM, Udalguri in connection with G.R. Case No. 1120/2020 corresponding to PRC Case No. 903/2021 under Section 420 IPC. 3. It is submitted by Mr. Das, learned counsel that the petitioner is on bail and accordingly, prayed for remain on previous bail, till disposal of the connected revision petition. 4. He also prayed for suspension of execution of sentence dated 05.07.2025 passed in Crl. Appl. No. 12/2024, by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Udalguri, upholding the conviction and sentence dated 10.05.2024 passed by the learned CJM, Udalguri in connection with G.R. Case No. 1120/2020 corresponding to PRC Case No. 903/2021 under Section 420 IPC, till disposal of the connected revision petition. 5. Mr. Kaushik, learned Addl. PP has no objection in this regard. 6. In view of the above, the the judgment and order dated 05.07.2025 passed in Crl. Appl. No. 12/2024, by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Udalguri, upholding the conviction and sentence dated 10.05.2024 passed by Page No.# 3/3 the learned CJM, Udalguri in connection with G.R. Case No. 1120/2020 corresponding to PRC Case No. 903/2021 under Section 420 IPC is hereby stayed/suspended, till disposal of the connected criminal revision petition and the petitioner is allowed to remain on previous bail. 7.
