The petitioner seek issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing of the First Information Report dated 01.12.2024 bearing Case Crime No.0180 of 2024, under Section 2/3 of U.P. Gangster & Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, P.S. Mandhata, District Pratapgarh. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in the case. After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and perusing the record, this Court finds that the petitioner is having criminal history of five cases starting from the year 2019 and even learned counsel for the petitioner could not point out any defect in the F.I.R. as well as in the Gangchart. Thus, this Court is of the considered view that no case for interference is made out. With the aforesaid observation, the instant writ petition stands dismissed. (Om Prakash Shukla,J.)
