The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). To direct the Additional Principal Judge-II, Family Court, Lucknow to decide the Case No. 122/2022, Anil Kumar Vs. Smt. Komal under Section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act expeditiously as time bound manner as fixed by this Hon'ble Court in the interest of justice." 3. It is argued by the counsel for the petitioner that written statement has not yet been filed despite the maintenance being paid by the petitioner. 4. In view thereof, the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to file an application for expeditious disposal.
