Learned ASC accepts notice and submits that the petitioner is scheduled to surrender today itself and that his application for second spell of furlough was filed on 22.04.2025 and the same shall be decided within the time prescribed by law. 4. Learned counsel for petitioner on instructions assures that the petitioner shall surrender today itself. 5.
