For Petitioner: Mr. Ambarish D For Respondents: Mr.U.Baranidharan, SGP ORDER By relying on revenue records, the petitioner asserts that the land ad measuring 27.5 ares in S.No.53/5 is ryotwari punjai land, whereas such land has been erroneously classified in the online records of the Registration Department as ‘Residential Special Type - I’. After submitting representations in this regard, the present writ petition has been filed. 2. Mr.U.Baranidharan, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice for all the respondents. He submits that the third respondent is the appropriate authority to take a decision and that such decision would be taken after referring the matter to a committee. He seeks three months time. 3. The petitioner has placed on record revenue records indicating prima facie that the land is classified as ryotwari punjai.
