By way of the present modification application, learned counsel for the applicant seeks modification of the order dated 19.12.2025 passed by this Court. 5. After hearing learned counsel for the parties and after perusing the affidavit filed in support of the present modification application, this Court finds the prayer sought by the applicant to be innocuous. 6. Accordingly, the modification application is allowed. 7. Paragraph 12 of the order dated 19.12.2026 is modified as hereunder: - “The entire amount deposited by the appellant-I nsurance Company before the Registry in compliance of interim order dated 12.04.2022 shall be remitted to the concerned tribunal for disbursal amongst claimant respondents.” 8.
