The present Cr.MP has been filed under Section 528 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (in short BNSS) against the impugned order dated 13.02.2025 passed by learned Addl. Sessions Judge/ Special Judge of Special Court for trial of CBI cases, Raipur in Criminal Revision No. 2 318/2024 by which the order dated 27/06/2024 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Raipur in Criminal Case No. 6068/2018 is affirmed. 2. From perusal of the document annexed with the petition, it transpires that except the impugned order dated 13.02.2025 passed by learned Revisional Court in Criminal Revision No. 318/2024, no other documents have been annexed by the petitioner in the present petition. It is very difficult for this Court to appreciate the facts while considering the merits of the instant case. 3. In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed on this ground alone. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file duly constituted petition, if so advised.
