The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "Wherefore, it is humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to direct to the Civil Judge (J.D.) Haidargarh District Barabanki to decide the Regular Suit no.203/2017 (Raj Karan versus Bachchu Lal and another), which is pending since 2017, as expeditious as possible or within a period as stipulated by this Hon'ble Court. " 3. Considering the submissions made by the Counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to move an appropriate application for expeditious disposal of the suit. In case, such an application is filed within two weeks from today, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law. It is made clear that no unnecessary adjournment shall be given to any of the parties.
