Present Second Bail Application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Anil Kumar Saini, aged about 57 years, son of Sri Lal Bahadur Saini, a resident of Keshav Nagar, Bazpur, District Udham Singh Nagar. 4. The applicant is currently in judicial custody in connection with Case Crime No.15 of 2024 under Section 7 of Prevention of Corruption Act, registered at P.S. Vigilance Sector, Nainital Haldwani, District Nainital. Through this application, the applicant seeks his release on bail. 5. Applicant’s first bail application being Bail Application No.2557 of 2024, was rejected by this Court on 27.03.2025. 6. In the present second bail application, no new grounds or material change in circumstances have been brought on record that would warrant a different view from the one taken earlier. 7. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, and in the absence of any fresh ground, this Court finds no merit in the present bail application. 8. Accordingly, the Second Bail Application stands rejected.
