Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP. The learned APP for the State pointed out that the death certificate of the appellant has been filed on record. 2. This is an application for bringing the legal representatives of the deceased appellant on record in criminal appeal No.490 of 2003. 3. The learned Advocate for the applicant pointed out that the appellant died on 20.04.2018. There is delay of 2,535 days in filing the application. Considering the reasons stated therein, the same deserves to be allowed in the interest of justice. Hence, the following order is passed: ::ORDER:: I The application is allowed. II The delay of 2,535 days caused in filing the criminal application is condoned, subject to payment of costs of Rs.1,000/- to be deposited in the office of the Legal Services Authority, High Court Bench at Aurangabad, within 15 days from today.
