The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Koderma P.S. Case No. 42/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 69, 351(2) & 3(5) of the B.N.S. 2023 subsequently charge- sheet has been submitted under Sections 64(2)(m), 69 & 351(2) of the B.N.S. 2023, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Koderma. 3. On the pretext of marriage, petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the prosecutrix, who is aged about 23 years. 4. It was submitted that petitioner and prosecutrix were in live-in relationship for about four years. 5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Koderma in connection with Koderma P.S.
