CMP No.13512 of 2025 The present application has been filed on behalf of the applicant-petitioner for modification of judgment dated 13.05.2025 passed by this Court in CWP No.3656 of 2025, tilted as Shailender Sharma Versus State of H.P. & others, to the extent that furnishing of personal bond with two local sureties to the tune of Rs.1,00,000/- each should be before the concerned Jail Superintendent, in which the applicant- petitioner has been lodged rather than before the District Magistrate, Devriya, Uttar Pradesh, keeping in view the observations made in the judgment. 2. Purpose of obtaining local sureties was to ensure that the applicant-petitioner returns after the period of parole and it would be more appropriate for the local sureties to appear before the Jail Superintendent and it would not be possible for them to appear before District Magistrate, Devriya, Uttar Pradesh. 3. Accordingly, the aforesaid judgment dated 13.05.2025 is modified to that extent. The application stands disposed of. Registry is directed to do the needful accordingly. (G.S.
