The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). To direct the Civil Judge (JD) Room No. 29, Sultanpur to decde the Regular Suit No. 1073/1992 (Ram Dayal and others Versus Rhamat Ali and others) which is pending since 1992 as expeditiously as possible or within a period as stipulated by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Considering the fact that the suit is pending since 1992, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending suit with all expedition, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
