The present petition has been filed challenging the order dated 28.08.2024 passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Lucknow, whereby, the auction was quashed. 3. It is argued by the Counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner, who is the auction purchaser, cannot be permitted to file objection and the order impugned has been passed. It is further informed that the respondent Bank has filed an appeal before the DRAT. 4. Considering the fact that the respondent Bank has filed an appeal against the order impugned before the DRAT, the present petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to agitate his grievance before the DRAT, if so advised.
