Heard learned counsel for petitioner and Mr. Kumar Ayush, learned counsel for opposite parties. 2. Petition has been filed challenging letter dated 21.10.2024 whereby petitioner has been held to be disqualified for the post of Junior Engineer (Civil) with the opposite parties. 3. It appears that by means of impugned order, petitioner has been declared to be disqualified on the ground that for the said post although she had a higher educational qualification but did not possess a three year diploma in Civil Engineering, which was required as an essential qualification for the said post. The aforesaid paragraph of the notification is not under challenge. Admittedly, the petitioner does not possess diploma as required in terms of the notification dated 01.11.2022. 4. In view thereof, learned counsel for petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to file afresh. 5.
