Petitioner alleges tampering/ interpolation/ fabrication of revenue records pertaining to Gata No.211 situated at Village- Jot Kamman, Pargana-Manikpur, Tehsil- Kunda, District- Pratapgarh. He alleges involvement of certain officials in this regard. 3. If it is so then the petitioner should initiate proceedings under Section 38 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 for correction of records and as regards involvement of officials is concerned, if during course of the said proceedings it is found that the said allegation is correct then appropriate action can be ordered by the concerned official/ court in this regard or if it is otherwise permissible the petitioner may approach the Collector who is custodian of revenue records who can get the facts inquired and do the needful as the case may be. 4.
