This petition seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the First Information Report dated 03.10.2024 bearing Case Crime No.0401 of 2024, under Sections 80, 85 B.N.S. and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station-Paraspur, District-Gonda. 4. Learned A.G.A. on instruction states that in this case charge- sheet is submitted against respondent no.4, 5 & 6 who are already arrested and names of respondent nos. 1, 2 and 3 have been dropped during course of investigation. 5. The aforesaid statement is taken on record. 6. In view of the aforesaid circumstances of the case, learned counsel for petitioners prays to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to take appropriate remedy in accordance with law with regard to charge-sheet filed against respondent nos. 4, 5 & 6. 7. Accordingly, the writ petition is consigned to record as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed above.
