Ms. Sudha Tamta, Advocate holding brief of Mr. Vinay Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Mr. N.S. Pundir, learned Deputy Advocate General for the State of Uttarakhand. 3. Petitioner is serving as Assistant Statistical Officer. He is transferred from Dehradun to Champawat, vide order dated 06.10.2025 passed by respondent no. 1. Thus, feeling aggrieved, petitioner has approached this Court. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both the children of petitioner suffer from muscular disability for which they are undergoing treatment at Chandigarh and AIIMS, Rishikesh, therefore, petitioner’s transfer to Champawat at this stage will create problem in their treatment. 5. Learned State Counsel, however, submits that if petitioner has any grievance against his transfer, then he could have represented the matter before the Competent Authority. 6. Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that petitioner has already made a representation, which is on record as Annexure 3 to the writ petition. 7. Learned State Counsel points out that petitioner has already jointed at 2025:UHC:11026 Champawat, however, he submits that he has no objection if the Competent Authority is directed to take decision on his representation. 8. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with a direction to respondent no. 1 to take decision on petitioner’s representation dated 14.10.2025, as per law, within six weeks from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
