THIS PETITION, COMING ON FOR ORDERS, THIS DAY, ORDER WAS MADE THEREIN AS UNDER: CORAM: HON'BLE MR JUSTICE S.R.KRISHNA KUMAR - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:9493 WP No. 4338 of 2025 ORAL ORDER In this petition, the petitioner has sought for the following reliefs: (i) Issue a writ of Mandamus or any other writ of like nature and direct the respondent No 2 to consider the representation dated 05/02/2025 vide Annexure D to the writ petition and to conduct the revaluation of the paper strictly in accordance with 3(1)(a) of the ordinance governing valuation of answer scripts of PG, Pg-Diploma and Super Specialty Courses vide Annexure C and, (ii) Grant any other remedy that this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the case. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2 and perused the material on record. 3. The limited prayer sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to respondent No.2 - Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS) to consider the representation dated 05.02.2025 at Annexure-D submitted to the respondent-RGUHS has not been considered so far by them nor any order has been passed on the same. Under these circumstances, the petitioner is before this Court by way of the present petition. - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC:9493 WP No. 4338 of 2025 4. Per contra, learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2 submits that if reasonable time is granted, concerned respondent would consider and take proper decision and pass appropriate order on the said representation. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival submissions, respondent Nos.1 and 2 are hereby directed to address the grievances of the petitioner and consider her representation dated 05.02.2025 at Annexure-D and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
