Petitioner has not challenged the order dated 30.09.2019 yet he has sought a writ of mandamus directing opposite parties to hand over physical and vacant possession of the land/Plot in question which as claimed was allotted to the petitioner. 4. The order dated 30.09.2019 says that the petitioner had already been granted possession and there is a civil dispute/suit pending in the civil court between the petitioner and the private opposite party no. 4. Without a challenge to the order dated 30.09.2019, this petition is not maintainable. 5. The writ petition is dismissed accordingly, however, with liberty to either challenge the said order or seek other remedy as may be permissible in law provided there is a cause.
