Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The petitioner seeks verification of his OBC Caste Certificate dated 17.01.2019, however, as informed by Shri Manish Mishra, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel the said Certificate has been cancelled as informed by the Tehsildar, Gola, District- Khiri vide his letter dated 08.01.2025. 3. On being confronted learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that at the time of submission of application for verification the Certificate had not been cancelled, but, subsequently this fact has come to the knowledge of the petitioner. 4. Once, it had come to his knowledge, then, there was no reason for him to file this writ petition for the relief prayed. 5.
