The petitioners' Counsel says that the only grievance in the petition is that on the loan taken by the petitioner from the opposite parties, the interest was charged on a much higher rate. The petitioners may approach the opposite parities raising their grievance by way of a representation which may be decided as per law. If still aggrieved, the petitioners should avail other remedies, such as, before the Consumer Forum or the Banking Ombudsman or such other remedies as may be prescribed in law. The writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
