Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC-LKO:2496-DB Court No. - 2 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 11345 of 2024 Petitioner :- Nagar Palika Parishad Rudauli Ayodhya Thru. Chairman Jabbar Ali Respondent :- State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Deptt. Revenue Lko. And 7 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Amar Nath Dubey Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Rajan Roy,J. Hon'ble Brij Raj Singh,J. Heard. The opposite parties no. 2 to 7 are officials of the State Government. The opposite party no. 8 is a private party. When we asked the petitioner to point out the cause of action for filing this petition, he invited our attention to Paragraph 18. We find that the allegation in Paragraph 18 & 19 is against the opposite party no. 8 who is a private party. Vague allegations have been made against the officials in Paragraph 20 that they have threatened the petitioner and also misbehaved with the employees. The opposite party no. 8 appears to have lodged some F.I.R. against the petitioner and 50 other persons. Vague allegations have been leveled in Paragraph 22 regarding interference by opposite parties no. 2 to 7. No details have been given. We do not find it a fit case for interference under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. We leave it open for the petitioner to pursue other remedies, as essentially, the dispute appears to be between the private parties. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
