3. The present writ petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India with a prayer that the court of learned Assistant Collector 1st Class, Dehradun, be directed to expedite the proceedings of the Case No.06/2021-2022,
“Pushpa Vs. Arcadia Tea Estate and others”, within a stipulation time frame as provided by this Hon’ble Court.
4. The prayer seems to be innocuous.
5. In this view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of by directing a court of learned Assistant Collector 1st Class, Dehradun to expedite the proceedings of the Case No.06/2021-2022, “Pushpa Vs. Arcadia Tea Estate and others” as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with law.
