Court No.16, District Raibareli to decide the interim relief application pending with the Original Suit No.2660/2024 (Ram Pratap Vs. Vivek Singh) which is still pending since 2024 as expeditious as possible or within a period as stipulated by this Hon'ble Court. " 3. Considering the fact that the interim relief application is pending before Civil Judge (J.D.) Court No.16, District Raibareli since 2024, the present petition is disposed of with a direction upon him to decide the same in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
