The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "i. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commending the opp. parties concerned to get removed the illegal encroachment made on Gram Sabha public utility Khalihan land gata no. 263 area 0.076 hec. Khad Ka Gaddha land Gata no.264 area 0.038 hec. and Banjar land khata no. 261 area 0.038 hect, situated in village Basupor pargane and Tehsil sagar, Distt.Pratapgarh expeditiously within the stipulated time as provided by this Hon'ble court in the interest of justice." 3. The Counsel for the petitioners states that against an order of removal of encroachment, a recall application has been filed, which is pending. 4. In view thereof, the present petition is disposed off directing the concerned court to consider and decide the abovesaid suit in accordance with law with all expedition preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
