Re: CRM (DB) 1097 of 2025 Learned counsel for the State submits that the video footage at Jagannath Temple, Kaigachia spans from 4 pm. to 10 pm on the relevant date. Since the alleged incident 2 occurred at Manasatala which is about 400 meters from the Jagannath temple, at about 9 pm, it is to be ascertained whether the petitioner was at the Jagannath temple at or about 9 pm on the said date. Learned counsel seeks to clarify the said fact. Let this matter appear under the same heading on 12th June, 2025. (Suvra Ghosh, J.)
