On 14.07.2015, the petition filed by the petitioner in W.P.No.44683/2014 and W.P.No.4143-4144/2015 was disposed of by directing the petitioner to submit a fresh petition enclosing the copy of the Tippani, the Akar Bandh, RTC, Phani for the purpose of conducting a survey. 2. It is the case of the petitioner that despite several representations, the survey was not conducted even after records were submitted. 3. Learned AGA, on instructions, submits that, as a matter of fact, a survey has been conducted last week and in all probability, a report would be given within a period of two weeks. 4. In the light of the said submission, the Tahsildar is directed to conclude the survey, which is said to have - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:14673 WP No. 4673 of 2025 been conducted last week and issue necessary endorsement to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. 5.
