No. 0213 of 2024 dated 13.07.2024 under Sections 191 (2), 191 (3), 333, 117 (2), 118(1), 115(2), 351 (2), 324 (2) of BNS, 2023 and Section 3(1) (Da), 3 (1) (Dha) and 3 (2) (va) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe Act, 1989, Police Station Mohanganj, district Amethi, U.P. to another independent agency for its fair investigation. Learned A.G.A., on instructions, states that in this case, charge sheet has been filed in Court on 17.08.2024. Counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the charge sheet in appropriate proceeding.
