The petitioner alleges encroachment by opposite parties no.5 and 6 on his bhumidhari land as claimed. If it is so, let the petitioner get the boundaries of his gatas demarcated if he is entitled to do so, whereupon the dispute may be resolved, as ultimately, if it is found after demarcation that there is an encroachment, then remedial measures may be taken as per law or if it is found that there is no encroachment, then the matter would rest as it is. 3.
