Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State and perused the record. The instant application under section 483 Cr.P.C. has been filed with the prayer for direction to learned ACJM-I, Lucknow, to decide the Criminal Case No. 30008 of 2021; State Vs. Rashmi Jaiswal and others, arising out of Case Crime No. 0270 of 2019, under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 504, 204, 120B IPC, Police Station Kaisarbagh, District Lucknow, expeditiously. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the matter pertains to the year 2021, but even after passing of four years, the proceeding of the case has not been concluded as yet. After arguing at length, learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that interest of justice would be sub-surved if this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the trial court to decide the matter within the stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this court. Considering aforesaid innocuous prayer, the learned trial court concerned is directed to consider and decide the Criminal Case No. 30008 of 2021; State Vs. Rashmi Jaiswal and others, arising out of Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Santosh Singh, Deenbandhu Arya, Mahendra Kumar Srivastava, Rajesh Pandey Counsel for Opposite Party(s): G.A. Smt.
