C.M.P.No. 22603 of 2025 has been filed to declare the first petitioner/minor Kishore Kumar, son of late S.K.Venkatachalam, rep. by next friend/guardian mother Krishnaveni/the third petitioner herein, Hindu, aged about 32 years, residing at Aliyar Nagar, Kottur Village, Pollachi Taluk, as a major and consequently discharge Krishnaveni/the third petitioner herein from guardianship and permit him to prosecute the above Second Appeal in S.A.No. 1392 of 2005. 2. C.M.P.No. 22604 of 2025 has been filed to discharge Krishnaveni/the third petitioner herein, from guardianship of Minor Kirshore Kumar/the first petitioner herein and permit the first petitioner herein viz., Minor Kishore Kumar to prosecute the above Second Appeal in S.A.No. 1392 of 2005. 3.
