Learned Standing Counsel has written instructions to inform the Court that on the recommendation of Tehsildar dated 01.12.2023 which is impugned herein, the Caste Scrutiny Committee has not taken any decision as yet to cancel the caste certificate and the matter would be placed in the meeting of the Committee to be held on 15.01.2025. 3. In view of the above, we dispose of this petition with the observations/ direction that the judgment of Hon'ble the Supreme Court reported in (1994) 6 SCC 241 'Kumari Madhuri Patil & Anrs. vs. Addl. Commissioner, Tribal Development & Ors.' and the principle of natural justice should be complied. In the aforesaid proceedings, petitioner will be allowed to participate accordingly.
