The present petition has been filed with the following relief: "a. order or direction thereby commanding to the Opposite Party No.1 to decide the case of the petitioner bearing Civil Suit No.652/2018 parties Durga Prasad Versus Ramkhelawan and others filed on 28.11.2018 by the Petitioner pending in the court of Civil Judge Junior Division South, District Unnao parties Durga Prasad versus Ram Khelawan and othersexpeditiously & preferably within a period of six months. b. direction to the Opposite Party No.1 to decide the interim application (under order 39 Rule 1 & 2) pending in Civil suit no. 652/2018 parties Durga Prasad Versus Ram Khelawan and others Expeditiously & preferably within a period of 30 days, in the interest of justice. " 3. Considering the fact that the injunction application is said to be still pending, the present petition is disposed of directing the Trial Court concerned to decide the pending injunction application case with all expedition, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
