The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). Issue a direction to the opposite party no. 1 i.e. Civil Judge (JD) Tehsil Mahmudabad, District Sitapur to decide the application dated 30.10.2024 filed under Order 39 Rule 4 CPC pending in Civil Suit No. 570 of 2024, Computerized No. UPBB50007642024, Santosh Kumar Vs. Harinam, before Civil Judge (SD) Court No. 20, District Barabanki within a stipulated time as prescribed by the Hon'ble Court contained as Annexure No. 3 to this petition." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending application with all expedition, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
