Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing respondent no. 1 i.e. the Secretary/Special Secretary, Sugar Industry and Sugarcane Development Department, Uttar Pradesh Government, to consider and decide the Appeal No. 149 of 2024 titled M/s Deewan Sugars Pvt Ltd vs Cane Commissioner, Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow, preferred by the petitioner expeditiously and in the time bound manner." 3. Considering the fact that the appeal is pending before the respondent no. 1, the petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent no.1 to decide the revision within four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
