The present application has been filed for the following main relief:- "WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to allow this Petition u/s 482 Cr.P.C/528 BNSS and quash the chargesheet dated 11.04.2016 279, 337 and 338 IPC and the Summoning/Cognizance Order dated 29.10.2016 including any consequential proceedings in the case arising out of Case Crime No. 57/2016 registered at Police Station- Kotwali Dehat, Gonda so as to secure the ends of justice." At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the present application with liberty to the applicant to seek discharge before the court concerned. Accordingly, the application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid.
