The same is allowed as prayed for, subject to all just exceptions. CRM-20353-2025 Application filed by applicant-respondent No.2 under Section 528 of BNSS for preponing the date of hearing in the main petition, which is fixed for 24.07.2025, and to dispose off the same as having rendered infructuous. Main case (CRM-M No.4253 of 2025) is preponed from 24.07.2025 and taken on Board today itself. CRM-M-4253-2025 Present petition has been filed under Section 447 of BNSS, for transferring the trial/proceedings of FIR No.179 dated 26.10.2016 (P-1), under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 177, 193, 196 and 120-B of Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Sadar Ludhiana, District Ludhiana City, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Ludhiana to any other Court of competent jurisdiction at Ludhiana.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that he does not press the present petition, “at this stage”.
