Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Bistupur P.S. Case No. 64 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 21(c) and 22(b) of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Jamshedpur. 3. On 12.4.2025, Bistupur Police arrested this petitioner along with other co-accused persons from a place near Tulsi Bhawan. On search, 10 strips of Nitrisun tablets and 475 bottles of cough syrup (each 100 ml) were recovered from possession of the petitioner. 4. Mr. Bhola Nath Ojha, learned Spl. P.P. appearing for the State has submitted that quantum of seized articles comes within the purview of commercial quantity. 5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected. (Ambuj Nath, J.) R.Kr.
