Let the petitioner raise his grievance before the opposite party no. 4 who may get the facts verified as to whether there exists a pond or water body on the land in question which can be put to auction for settling fishery rights, and if he finds that this can be done as per law then he may do the needful as per law, if there is no other legal impediment in this regard, but it is not for this Court to decide as to when such water body should be put to auction for fishery rights. Ultimately, it is the decision of the authorities concerned, if permissible in law. Let a decision be taken in this regard at the earliest say within a period of two months. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
