1. Heard.
2. The present contempt application has been filed for alleged disobedience of order dated 25.04.2023 passed by this Court in Writ-A No.8933 of 2020.
3. In pursuance of earlier order dated 18.07.2025, Sri Sunil Bajpai, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel filed affidavit of compliance duly sworn by Sri Ravindra Kumar Singh, Director Pension, Directorate, Lucknow/respondent no.6, which is taken on record. Respondent no.6 is also present before this Court. Sri Sunil Bajpai informed that PPO has already been issued on 23.07.2025 subject to final decision in pending Defective Special Appeal No.666 of 2023 (State of U.P. & others Vs. Shiv Kumar & others) and the amount would be credited in the account of applicants very soon.
4. Considering the contents of the order of writ Court as well as the affidavit of compliance filed by respondent no.6, this Court is of the view that since the direction issued by the writ court has already been complied with therefore, the present contempt application has lost its efficacy.
5. Accordingly, the contempt application is dismissed. However, it is open to the applicants that in case amount mentioned in the PPO has not been credited in the account of applicant, then they may move recall application. Order Date :- 28.7.2025. Rks.
