The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "(i) To direct the opposite party No. 1 & 2 to maintain the status quo over part of Gata No. 130 area 0.063 hectare as 'abadi' in Revenue record situated at village Bahauddeenpur, Pargana Aldemau, Tehsil Kadipur, District Sultanpur, during the pendency of the stay application under Order-39 Rule-1 & 2 C.P.C. pending in Regular Suit No. 484/2024 "Smt. Archana Vs. Satya Narayan Singh and another" which is pending before Civil Judge (J.D.), Kadipur, Sultanpur. (ii) To direct the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) District Sultanpur to decide the Regular Suit No. 484/2024 "Smt. Archana Vs. Satya Narayan Singh and another' pending since 16.07.2024, expeditiously within a stipulated period. (iii) To direct the opposite party No.1 to decide the stay application under Order-39 Rule-1 & 2 C.P.C. pending in Regular Suit No. 484/2024 "Smt. Archana Vs. Satya Narayan Singh" on the next date of hearing." 3. Considering the relief as sought, the present petition is disposed off directing the court concerned to consider and decide the aforesaid application filed under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 of C.P.C. in accordance with law with all expedition preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
