This anticipatory bail application under Section(s) 482 and 484 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, has been preferred by the petitioners apprehending their arrest for the offences registered under Section(s) 329(4), 126(2), 115(2), 109(1), 324(2), 303(2), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the BNS, 2023, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ramgarh. There is allegation that the petitioners have assaulted the informant. From the medical report, it is clear that there are injuries upon the informant party, though the allegation against the petitioners are general and omnibus in nature. Considering the fact that the petitioners and others have assaulted the informant parties, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the court concerned and on their appearance, their individual case will be considered by the learned Court considering their individual overt act. With the aforesaid direction and observation, this application stands disposed of.
